It is also a popular destination for many students, some of whom spend their spring breaks there while others try to be more adventurous, signing up for courses launching from the city of Havana during their breaks.

In other words, it's a little paradise just south of the U.S. border and within most students' budgets.
Typically referred to as Cabo San Lucas, this part of Mexico is within the state of Baja California Sur, and is considered along with its neighbor to be Los Cabos. They are popular destinations for all times of the year, especially for those who really enjoy scuba diving and relaxing on the beach. The nightlife is also a common thing to participate in for students who visit for their breaks. If you're looking for somewhere to go for your winter break, definitely do not discount San Lucas. Florida is a popular place for many individuals to visit in the wintertime, and Key West is one of the top places in the state to visit. Miami is a one-stop shop for beaches, shopping, and other outdoor activities.
