Being great in bed means something, but being great in one of the most expensive beds in the world, snoring in the most extravagant rooms, and showering in a bathroom polished with gold or gems is definitely not something every one of us can brag about. Still, just in case you are thinking about trying out some of the most lavish hotels on the globe, here are some suggestions of where you could spend your money:

Well, their most expensive suite costs about as much as a Toyota, which is $15.500, but unlike quite an efficient car, it has 750 square feet, a spa, and heaven included. But then again, who needs a car when you can be treated like a king in Paris and practically see Mona Lisa from your window? Too bad the majority of us have to settle for admiring its beauty from the outside.

We have all heard about the famous Four Seasons, which are basically set up so that you wish you could be there for an entire year and besides, spend all of your one-year salary on a room. Their best suite costs $16.000 and has two luxury apartments comprised, one meant for sleeping and another one for entertaining a guest. Quite a large person that guest I assume, but then again, you can never be too large, too slim or too much of a spender in Paris, can you?

For their best suite, Switzerland is neutrally asking for $17,500. However, you are given the once-in-a-lifetime chance to sleep accompanied by gold mosaics and in the morning, have a cup of coffee with your nearest and dearest (the Alpine Mountains) on your terrace. Who needs to climb a mountain anymore when you can just as easily climb in your bed and gaze for hours on end at such amazing scenery?
Dubai… haven’t I been there at least a dozen times (in my dreams). Well, if you are no sheik or prince, you can certainly feel like one of those in the Royal Suite of Burj Al Arab. The marble floors, the mahogany furniture, and your very own private cinema (just in case you don’t like being around people in general) are nothing compared to the rotating bed, which is bound to make you dizzy without a sip of alcohol. Besides, for what they call a pittance compared to $18.000 for the room, anything is a pittance, really, you can be picked up from the airport with a helicopter and feel like you are the main actor in an action movie.

You can try selling a kidney, maybe even a part of your liver (don’t worry, it will grow back), and you still would not afford The Ritz-Carlton suite (about $18.200). Nonetheless, if you have found some more body parts you think you might spare, you should know a mesmerizing view of Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral, and Christ the Savior Cathedral is waiting exclusively for you along with a library and a piano (the Russian style all the way). The floors are heated and I bet even they are cozier than my own bed but I really need all of my body parts, so I will have to settle for what I’ve got.

You can never really get enough of France, and Cote d’Azur is most certainly on my wish list. The Penthouse Suite (profound name) might set you back nearly $19.000, but I guarantee you that sleeping in the same bed as Oscar-winning actors are well worth it. This is the only terraced suite in Cannes, and you need to pay for originality, right? Painted in brown and cream colors (yes, you are paying for those as well), this suite is generally preferred by Hollywood stars so if you are in the mood for feeling shiny, why not pay an arm and a leg?

You might be tempted to think only hobos sleep on a bridge, but I am sorry to tell you that your whole life has been a lie. Their best suite-the Bridge Suite (only $25.000) consists of 10 rooms that become a bridge between the two towers of the hotel. Basically, they already thought it all through: one room will not be enough so we may as well give these love birds ten, just to be on the safe side. Anyway, Michael Jackson used to love coming here, so I suppose it might be worth a try.

In addition to this, you have 6 bathrooms and only 4 bedrooms but then again, doing it in the bathroom is way hotter than in a normal bed if you know what I mean. What is more, if during intercourse you might get paranoid, do not worry, the windows are all bulletproof so you are as safe as possible.
