June 19, 2024

Prabalgad is supposed to be the world's most dangerous fortress. Its location lies in the Western Ghats in India, on the Prabal plateau between Matheran and Panvel. The fort itself contains a temple to Ganesh and several stone ruins. The Fortress, at least in its present state, was build during Bahmani Sultanate to keep an eye on Panvel Fort and Kalyan Fort in North Konkan.

You need to climb these dangerous stairs if you want to reach the pinnacle
