Vancouver is the next destination on the list for establishing an ideal permanent living situation in those post-working years. Although the cost of living here is incredibly high compared to a vast majority of other regions across North America, the high prices are for a good reason. Especially in cities like Whistler, the environment is stunning and includes gorgeous mountain terrains and forests for hiking, lush golf courses to spend the afternoon and magnificent bodies of water. Active adult living has boomed in recent years for older communities in Vancouver that are looking to stay in lovely facilities such as Burnaby or Maple Ridge, which incredible with top quality spas, country clubs, and the means to go out and explore a biosphere with awe-striking flora and fauna.
